42 guests have RSVP'd

This is what your guests see — themed, mobile-friendly, and built from the form on the left.

How it works

From blank form to a page your guests can RSVP to, in three steps.

1

Fill in your event

Name, date, location, a note for guests — no account needed. Pick a theme that matches your event.

2

Share your link

Send it by text, WhatsApp, or email. Your page is unlisted — only people with the link can see it.

3

Watch RSVPs roll in

Guests tap Yes, No, or Maybe from their phone. Your private manage link is a live RSVP tracker — every reply, the moment it lands.

Why hosts use RSVPage

Everything you need to collect RSVPs, nothing you don't.

30-second setup

No sign-up, no app to install — for you or your guests. Fill one form, get your link.

📱

An online RSVP maker with no signup — for you or your guests

Most RSVP tools ask the host to make an account before anything works, and quite a few ask guests to make one too, just to say yes to a party. Neither step adds anything to the actual job, which is: send a link, collect replies, know a headcount. RSVPage skips both.

Why other tools ask you to sign up

Account creation exists for the tool's benefit more than yours — it is how a product gets your email for marketing, gates features behind a login, or ties your data to a subscription it hopes you renew. None of that helps you get a headcount for Saturday. It just adds a password to remember and a login screen between you and the one thing you actually wanted, which was a link to send.

How RSVPage's link-based management works instead

When you create an event, RSVPage hands back two links, not a login. One is the public page you share with guests — they open it, tap Yes, No or Maybe, add a guest count or a note, and that's the whole interaction, no account, no app to install. The other is your private manage link, which only you have. Open it any time and it shows every reply as it lands, live, with no refresh needed and no dashboard to sign into. Bookmark that link, or keep it in your messages — it is the only "login" the event ever has, and it works because nobody except you was ever sent it.

What that trade-off actually means

There is no password recovery, because there is no password — the manage link itself is the credential, so losing it means losing access to that event's dashboard. That is a fair trade for never creating an account, but it is worth being deliberate about: save the link somewhere you'd also keep a receipt, not just in a chat thread you might clear. If you lose it, contact support and we can help if there's a way to verify the event is yours.

Is it really free?

Yes — every event starts free, with up to 30 RSVPs, no time limit, and no card required at any point to create or run it. That covers most parties, showers and smaller weddings outright. If a guest list runs past 30, Premium is $9 once, for that one event, and it lifts the RSVP cap, adds a photo header, and removes RSVPage's branding from the page your guests see. It's a single payment tied to the event, not a subscription, and it still needs no account — the same manage link just unlocks the extra room.

Honest limits

Because there's no account, there's no cross-device event list, no "my events" page showing everything you've ever made, and no built-in reminder emails chasing guests who haven't replied — you send those yourself, from your own phone, when you decide it's time. Event pages also stay out of search engines on purpose, so the only people who can ever find yours are the people you actually sent the link to; that is a privacy choice, not a bug, but it does mean the link itself is the only way in for you and for them. If you want a tool that logs every event you've ever run in one login, RSVPage is a deliberately different kind of tool.

Who this suits

Anyone who wants a working RSVP page in the next thirty seconds without stopping to invent a password: a dinner, a reunion, a kids' party, a wedding that already has its own website and just needs the RSVP part. If you'd rather never see a login screen again for something this small, that's exactly the gap RSVPage fills.

Questions

How do I get back to my event without an account?

Your private manage link is the way back in — bookmark it or keep it in your messages when RSVPage first shows it to you. There is no login screen and no password to reset, so that link is the only route to your dashboard. If you have genuinely lost it, contact support and we will see what we can do.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests open your event link, tap Yes, No or Maybe, optionally add a guest count or note, and that is the whole interaction — no signup, no app, no email required from them at any point.

Is it really free?

Yes, up to 30 RSVPs per event, with no time limit and no card needed to create or run it. Premium is $9 once for a single event if you need more room.

What happens to my data?

Your event page stays live at its link and is kept out of search engines by design, so only people you sent the link to can find it. Replies are stored against that event so your manage link can show them to you; contact support if you want an event removed.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — Premium can be added any time from your manage link, even after the free 30-RSVP cap is reached. It is a one-time $9 payment for that event, not a subscription.
