Birthday party RSVPs online, for kids' parties and adult ones

The two look nothing alike. A children's party needs allergy information and a deadline you can hold. An adult one mostly needs a number for the booking. The same page does both — what changes is what you ask for in the description.

Kids' parties: allergies and dietary needs

Ask for them explicitly in the event description and guests will put them in the note field with their reply. That is far more reliable than hoping a parent mentions it at drop-off, and it gives you one list to hand the caterer or read before you shop.

Kids' parties: the deadline that actually holds

Soft-play venues, entertainers and party bags all want a number several days out, and every parent knows that a stated deadline gets treated as a suggestion. Put the real date in the description, ask for replies a few days before it, and chase the gap once. The dashboard shows who has replied, so the chase goes only to the people who have not.

Adult parties: a headcount for the booking

Restaurants and bars want a number, and they want it not to move. The guest count field covers plus-ones, so "yes, two of us" arrives as a number rather than as a message you have to remember to add. If you are splitting a bill or a deposit, saying so on the page saves the conversation later.

Milestone birthdays

Thirtieths, fiftieths and surprise parties behave more like weddings: longer notice, a wider guest list, and people travelling. Send the link earlier and expect to chase twice rather than once.

Why not a group chat

Group chats collect replies and lose them in the same place. Eleven people saying yes across four days of messages is not a list, and by the time you need the number you are scrolling. One link, one page, one count that stays put.

Questions

How do I collect allergy information?

Ask for it in the event description and parents will add it to the note field with their reply, so you get one list rather than a series of doorstep conversations.

Can I set an RSVP deadline?

Put the real date in the description and ask for replies a few days earlier. The dashboard shows who has not answered, so the chase goes only to them.

Does it handle plus-ones?

Yes — the guest count field covers them, so a reply arrives as a number rather than as a message you have to remember to add to the booking.

Is this suitable for an adult party?

Yes. Restaurants and bars want a headcount that does not move, and that is exactly what the reply list gives you. Milestone birthdays behave more like weddings — send earlier and chase twice.

Why not just use a group chat?

Group chats collect replies and lose them in the same place. Eleven yeses spread over four days of messages is not a list, and you end up scrolling for the number.

Is it free?

Up to 30 RSVPs, yes, with no time limit and no card. Premium is $9 once for a single event and lifts the cap, adds a photo header and removes RSVPage branding.
