42 guests have RSVP'd

This is what your guests see — themed, mobile-friendly, and built from the form on the left.

How it works

From blank form to a page your guests can RSVP to, in three steps.

1

Fill in your event

Name, date, location, a note for guests — no account needed. Pick a theme that matches your event.

2

Share your link

Send it by text, WhatsApp, or email. Your page is unlisted — only people with the link can see it.

3

Watch RSVPs roll in

Guests tap Yes, No, or Maybe from their phone. Your private manage link is a live RSVP tracker — every reply, the moment it lands.

Why hosts use RSVPage

Running a baby shower RSVP page when you are not the parent-to-be

Baby showers are usually organised by someone other than the person being celebrated, which changes what the RSVP page is for. It is a coordination tool for the host, and it should keep the guest of honour out of the admin entirely.

Registry links

The most common question a shower host fields is "where are they registered?" — asked individually, by everyone. Put the registry link in the event description and it is answered once, on the page every guest already has to visit. It also stops the parent-to-be being asked directly, which most of them would rather avoid.

Keeping it a surprise

If the shower is a surprise, the event page is the leak risk: it is a link that gets forwarded. Event pages here are kept out of search engines deliberately, so the only people who see yours are the people you sent it to. Still worth naming the event something neutral if the guest list overlaps with the parents' social circle.

Games and what you need to know in advance

Most shower games need a headcount rather than names — how many prize bags, how many printed sheets. The RSVP count gives you that. If a game needs something from guests beforehand, like a baby photo or a guess, ask for it in the note field so it arrives with the reply rather than as a separate thread.

Co-hosting

Showers are often run by two or three people between them. Share the management link with your co-hosts and everyone sees the same live list, which is considerably better than one person screenshotting a dashboard into a group chat every few days.

Timing

Showers are usually held in the last trimester, and invitations go out three to four weeks ahead. That is a short window, so the RSVP link belongs in the invitation itself rather than in a follow-up message.

Questions

Where do I put the registry link?

In the event description. It is the one thing every guest asks, and answering it on the page means the parent-to-be is not asked directly a dozen times.

Can I keep the shower a surprise?

Event pages are deliberately kept out of search engines, so only the people you send the link to will see it. If the guest list overlaps with the parents' friends, give the event a neutral name too.

Can I co-host with someone?

Share the management link and every co-host sees the same live list. That beats one person screenshotting a dashboard into a group chat every few days.

How do I collect game answers in advance?

Ask for them in the event description and guests will add them to the note field, so they arrive with the reply instead of as a separate thread.

When should invitations go out?

Three to four weeks ahead is typical, usually in the last trimester. That is a short window, so put the RSVP link in the invitation itself.

Is it free?

Up to 30 RSVPs, yes, with no time limit and no card. Premium is $9 once for a single event and lifts the cap, adds a photo header and removes RSVPage branding.
